How do your tees fit?

    • Our current selection of tees are all Adult Unisex and are typically available in Small - 4XL sizes (sizes vary based on inventory).
    • Our most common brands used are Comfort Colors, ComfortWash, Gildan, Independent Trading Co, and Alternative Brands
    • Women may want to size up for a less fitted tee. Size up one for a slightly oversized fit.

What are your Care Instructions?

  • Please wash your tee before wearing and separately from other garments to avoid bleeding issues.
  • We highly suggest all customers hand wash their shirts to prevent extra wear and tear, however, please expect some inherent shade variations.  
  • May machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors to keep your tee looking brand new!
  • We strongly recommend washing with like-colored garments to avoid possible staining and discoloring on light colored shirts.
  • Our Comfort Colors crewnecks provide a vintage look that should remain for the life of the garment.
  • Use non-chlorine bleach only if necessary, and no fabric softeners. 
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
  • Do not dry clean. 

How long will it take to ship my order? What is your shipping process?

  • If an Item is Ready To Ship (RTS), expect 3-5 business days shipping - this typically includes fulfillment time and will be addressed if orders will take longer to process.
  • Pre-Order items typically will take 2-3 weeks to fulfill, and will ship 3-5 business days following fulfillment. Please take this timeline into account if ordering an item for a vacation, and plan accordingly.
  • We typically print our shipping labels in bulk. You will be emailed once your item's label has been printed, and the tracking information will update once your item has been scanned at a UPS or USPS location. At that point, your will have been "shipped".
  • Once your package has been shipped, we are given the same amount of information as our customers. We cannot replace items damaged during shipment or items that go lost via the post office or UPS.
  • If an item is held up in transport to its shipping destination, there is nothing we can do. You will be provided a tracking number along with a confirmation email of your order. We suggest filing a claim or reaching out to your local USPS or UPS location for missing package info.
  • Please make sure all fields are CORRECTLY filled in (shipping address, email, etc.) when placing your order to avoid packages being lost, stalled, or sent back to us.

Can I return my tee if I am unhappy or it doesn't fit?

  • We currently do not accept returns or refunds at this time. 
  • If your package hasn't moved in a week or so (no update to tracking number), please email us @ zipadeetees@gmail.com
  • We are not responsible for lost items in the mail. 
  • Refunds will be allowed if an item is damaged via our end, shipped in an incorrect style or size, or if a customer wishes to cancel their order within 48 hours. Please email zipadeetees@gmail.com
  • Non U.S. customers will be responsible for brokerage fees associated with shipping and customs costs for their order. Unfortunately, these associated costs are high, and we are still growing as a small business. If you fall under this category but wish to pursue an order, please plan accordingly for additional fees.

What sizes are your shirts?

  • We currently offer Men's/Unisex sizing options from Small to 4XL.
  • Any additional sizing can be found on our social media platforms, and product pages.
  • Our most common sizes to sell out are Mediums, Larges, and X-Larges.

  • We are currently accepting Freelance work, as long as it fits a certain timeline and type of design.
